Hello I'm very happy to say this that you can catch Victini for a limited time only here are the instructions:
Go to Mystery Gift and download the liberty pass (only available to April 10th).
Then go to Castelia City (remember to stop off at a Poke-center to get the Liberty Pass of the delivery man).
Take the boat to Liberty Island beat all the grunts and then Victini will want to battle you if you beat Victini just exit the room and re-enter Victini should had reappeared this is a good way to level up your Pokemon!
